Production process

We can according your requirement to

make label’s design

First step

we will start production after confirmation of design .the first process is apply glue ,we use high quality of strong adhesive , it can make the label stick more better on products, even can not peel it off.

The second step

The second process is printing process .the label’s color and surface design will be finished under this printing process .For scratch label we are printing one layer by one layer ,it can be more security for pin code under light test .

The third step

The Third process is die-cutting process , The label’s size and security cuts will be make on this process . with a Good technology we can make a security cuts let label be broken when someone remove the label from products

The fourth step

The Fourth process is QC checking .although we have worker on each process to check quality ,but we still organize a QC Team to check finish products of label’s printing ,degree of scratch , adhesive ,security test ,light test. quantity … we only ship out cargo after QC checking approve.

The fifth step

The fifth process is Slitting process for package , we will cut the label into small roll from big roll material ,and pack the cargo into cartons

The sixth step

Our package is standard over sea shipment carton.it can be ship out by sea or by air .
